Privacy of data
We respect your privacy. We will not release any personal information to third parties, excluding auditors of the fund, without your consent. Scottish Power Renewables may require applicant information as supplied in the form for their own auditing purposes. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing information is consent.
By completing and submitting the Community Fund Application Form you are giving consent for your name and contact details to be held and stored by Arran Community Council. You are able to withdraw your consent at anytime by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How we store your data: your information is held in both digital and paper format within the Secretary’s home address. An archive will hold you information for an indeterminate period of time. The information will be used for research, statistical and reporting purposes. Data is also retained for purposes of fraud prevention and detection. When personal data is no longer required it will be shredded and electronically deleted.

A right of access – you have the right to ask us for copies of the information we hold relating to you. A right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify any information you believe is inaccurate. You have the right to ask us to complete any information you believe is incomplete. A right to erasure – you have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights.
